As of 9/9/2025, the option to purchase the optional Owlet360 subscription is available on owletcare.com. This purchase option is available for USA users only. To utilize Owlet360, you need to have a Dream Sock, Cam 2 and/or Dream Sight device connected to the Owlet Dream App. This is not a standalone product. Owlet360 is an optional add-on that gives you additional details about your little one.

Are all subscription options available on your website?
- At this time, only the yearly option is available to purchase on our website.

Can I still purchase through my Apple or Android App Store?
- Both the monthly and yearly options are still available in your app store.

Is there a free trial I can try before I purchase?
- A 7-day free trial is available within the Dream App. Go to the Owlet360 tab and complete the registration process. If you cancel during those 7 days, you will not be charged.
- There is no free trial associated with the purchase of the annual plan available on owletcare.com.
- Please note: If registered through the app store, any payment questions will need to be addressed by your app store.

What OS do I need to purchase the yearly subscription from owletcare.com?
- At launch, this is only available to iOS (Apple) users. Android will be coming soon. Stay tuned for updates!

How long do I have to use my code?
- You will need to start your subscription within 6 months. Your code will expire at that time, and a new purchase will be required.

If I purchase on owletcare.com, can I cancel, and will I be refunded?
- You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be provided.

Can I purchase this for a friend?
- Yes, simply send them the code you will receive in your post-purchase email and make sure they activate it within 6 months of the purchase date.

When does my Owlet360 subscription start?
- Your subscription starts when you activate the code, not when you make the purchase.
- You will need to start your subscription within 6 months, or the code will expire.

- Open Settings: Launch the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Access Apple ID: Tap on your name at the top of the settings screen to access your Apple ID settings.
- Go to Subscriptions: Scroll down and select "Subscriptions".
- Select the Subscription: Choose the specific subscription [Owlet Dream App|Owlet360] you want to change.
- Change the Plan: Tap "See All Plans" and follow the on-screen instructions to select a new plan or pricing option.
