Owlet OnCall FAQ

Owlet OnCall is rolling out soon.  Check your app for details.  You will see a stethoscope icon in the bottom bar of your Dream App.

  1. What is Owlet OnCall? Owlet OnCall is a pediatric telehealth service accessible directly through the Owlet Dream App, giving parents 24/7 access to board-certified pediatricians via chat or phone — no appointments needed.
  2. Do I need an Owlet device (like Dream Sock) to use OnCall? No! Any parent can use Owlet OnCall — just download the Owlet Dream App, sign up, and create a profile for each child. No hardware required.
  3. What ways can I connect with a pediatrician? You can chat or call through the Owlet Dream app — whichever works best for you and your child in the moment.
  4. Why don’t I see my child listed when I try to schedule a visit? Owlet OnCall receives your children’s information directly from your Owlet profile. If your child isn’t showing up, it’s likely because they haven’t been added to your Owlet account yet.  To add a child, go to Settings and select Add Child. Once their profile is saved, they’ll appear as an option when you go to schedule a visit.
  5. How long does a subscription last?  You can choose a monthly or yearly subscription. Both give you unlimited access to Owlet OnCall for the entire subscription period.
  6. Is there a limit to how many telehealth visits I can use with Owlet OnCall? Nope! Your subscription includes unlimited visits. Whether it’s your first question of the month or your tenth, you’ll always have access to a doctor when you need it.
  7. Can I pay for Owlet OnCall with my HSA or FSA card?
