Smart Sock 3: Washing the Sock and Sensor

Owlet recommends washing your fabric sock and sensor every 2 weeks at a minimum to avoid skin irritation caused by a soiled fabric sock and sensor. Wash by hand with a mild detergent and cold water.

 

Here’s how to wash the fabric sock and sensor:

 

1. Wash

Gently handwash the fabric sock and sensor using cool to lukewarm water and a mild detergent. It is recommended to turn off the sock sensor prior to washing. Click here for the steps.

2. Dry 

Lay or hang the fabric socks and sensor to dry. Make sure the sock, sensor, and your baby's foot are completely dry before use.
