Setting Up Your Replacement Base Station

Please follow the steps in this article only if you have been sent a replacement base station for your BabySat device. 

DO NOT delete your child's profile.  A Child profile may only be assigned to one sock at a time and the sleep history is connected via child profile.  DO NOT delete your child's profile during this process.

  1. To set up a replacement base station:
    1. The existing device must be deleted in Account>Select Device>Delete Device
    2. Set up the base station as new device in Account>Add device
    3. Follow the in-app setup prompts, and assign to the original child's profile.
