Tracking the sleep trends of your little one is important to you. Follow the steps in this troubleshooting guide to successfully pair a sensor with your Dream Sock base station to access Baby's sleep trends.
- Place the sock sensor in the Dream Sock's base station charging port.
- The light on the base station transitions from bouncing white to solid white once the Dream Sock has paired.
- If successful, the Dream Sock light on the bottom of the base station will be illuminated. When the paired sensor is removed from the base station, the Dream Sock base station light bounces green.
- If there is a blue prompt, the sock has not successfully paired. Follow the pairing steps in this guide again. Please ensure the charging port is clean and the sock is inserted evenly.
