Band Return, Warranty, and Resale Policies


Owlet’s 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies to Band as well as our other products. Because Band is intended for use after 24 weeks gestation, we know you may purchase your Band in advance of being able to use it and determine whether you love it. Therefore, we will honor the 30-day return policy starting based on the day you set up your device, not the day you purchased. You are responsible to pay for return shipping. Order Cancellations

If you contact us before your order ships, we can cancel your order for you. If your product has already been shipped, we will assist you with a return for a refund, however, you would be responsible for return shipping. 

Warranty / Replacements

Within 1 year of the date of set up, you may contact us to request a replacement part if your product has any problems. We do not warrant our products against general wear and tear or damage as a result of misuse, modifications or improper maintenance. Read more about our warranty guarantee. 

If you are outside your warranty, you may purchase the replacement part you need here.

Resale / Regift

Please note that the warranty and return policy only applies to the original purchaser. If a replacement part is needed, the new owner will have to purchase the replacement part they need here. If you purchased your Band before August 2020, the Medallion that came with your Band may no longer be compatible with the app, so the new owner may need to purchase a replacement Medallion.
