What is Dream Lab?
Every parent wants the best for their baby, but when it comes to sleep, they’re often left with more questions than answers.
Dream Lab creates your personalized plan, along with 60 minutes of expert-guided, HD video content to guide your little one to a full night's sleep in as little as seven days.
How does Dream Lab Work?
First we get to know your baby’s unique sleep profile through our 100+ question assessment. We get a sense of where your little one is on the sleep spectrum, what their needs are, and which sleep methods are the best match for your parenting style.
We’ll generate a comprehensive sleep report that looks at the 9 areas that could shed light on what is preventing your baby from getting a full night’s sleep, giving you key insights on where there’s room for improvement.
Then, we’ll give you a customized plan with the tools you need to guide your baby to better sleep. Your plan will include detailed instructions on sleep start times, nap times, when and how much to feed, routines, and in-depth, step-by-step videos from our experts.
