Heart Rate Levels

Heart rate is measured in beats per minute (BPM). The Owlet Smart Sock is designed to notify you if your baby's heart rate drops below 60 BPM or rises above 220 BPM.



Heart Rate and Sleeping

When your baby is in a deep sleep, his/her heart rate goes down.


Heart Rate and Growing

As your baby grows older, his/her heart rate naturally decreases.


Heart Rate and Feeding

When your baby is feeding, heart rate may go up.
