- If you enter the free trial you will not be charged until after the free-trial period is complete. Otherwise, you will be charged immediately upon completing your Owlet360 subscription purchase. Since in-app purchases are handled by your device's operating system (Google Play for Android and App Store for iOS), the charge happens right after you confirm your purchase and choose your payment method. This ensures you have immediate access to Owlet360 features from day one.
- I have multiple child profiles, will each have their own insights?

- How long does a new user need to use the sock to unlock/view trends?
- With only 10 minutes of Dream Sock data, you will begin to see insights and trends; however, insights are more accurate the more you use your Dream Sock. You will have the best experience if you have used the Dream Sock for every nap and night sleep. If you miss sleep sessions or full days, you will see blank data for those days.
- Owlet Cam and Cam 2 users will see Room Temperature and Humidity insights populate immediately for the timeframe the cam has been plugged in. If the cam was not plugged in, data will populate over the first 12 hours.
- Owlet Cam 2 users will immediately gain access to the extended clip history, up to 14-days, if your Cam 2 has been plugged in and enabled to send notifications.
- What is Comfort Temp? How does it work?
- Your baby’s Comfort Temperature Insight follows their own personal trends. Dream Sock helps you track your baby's comfort levels based on the temperature from the Sensor in the Sock. Big changes from their normal baseline could mean their sleep environment is a bit too warm or cool. Try adjusting the room or their snuggly outfit to help them feel just right. Comfort Temperature is not a measurement of your baby’s body temperature but rather the temperature of the Sensor when placed on your baby’s foot, and should only be used to help understand your baby’s environmental temperature.
- How long is data stored and what happens to the data if I end my subscription?
- Owlet360 uses your child’s Dream Sock historical data. The data is attached to your Owlet child’s profile and retained with your account. If either is deleted, you will lose all historical data.
- If you cancel your subscription and resubscribe, you will have data from day one as long as you have been using your Dream Sock. Owlet360 follows weekly trends, while your data updates on a daily and weekly basis. Currently, we do not offer the ability to download or export their data.
- Owlet Cam 2 clips can be watched, saved and shared via the App for 12 hours. Extend to 14 days of Owlet Cam Clip history with Owlet360. To retain clips, save them to your mobile device.
