To begin your return:
In order to return your Owlet Smart Sock, you'll need to have the return authorized by our Customer Service team. Please call the number corresponding to the country you reside in, found below.
Our Customer Service team will be able to help you with either fixing an issue you're having or process your return.
Please note, any order that is being returned must first be shipped back and processed before we can issue a refund.
After receiving your Owlet back, it may take 2-3 business days to issue the refund. After the refund has been issued, it may take up to 7 business days to post to your account, depending on your financial institution.
