Email feedback from inside the app

To email feedback to the Owlet Baby Care Team:

1. Take a screen shot or note the message you want to send

2. Open settings, select the "About" section, then "Send Feedback"

   

3. Either type your message and hit "Send", or if you wish to include a screen shot, press and hold in the message box until more options appear.

4. Click the arrow for more options, and select "Insert Photo or Video". 

5. Please write a description and explain the issue you're observing, and click "Send"

(If you're not able to access the in-app email fields, please email contact@owletcare.com from your regular email provider)
