The Smart Sock can be charged in a few different ways, but it is recommended to charge the Smart Sock whenever it is not in regular use.

The Smart Sock uses a standard Micro-USB charging port.

The fabric sock includes a hole for charging.

This allows the Smart Sock Electronics to be plugged into the Base Station to charge by themselves or while still in the fabric sock.

**It doesn't matter to which port it's plugged into on the Base Station.

When the Smart Sock is plugged in all the way, the Base Station will glow a cool white, and the sock softly blink green, indicating a charge.  When the green light turns solid, this indicates a full charge.

The Smart Sock can also be plugged directly into a wall outlet, with either the USB to Micro-USB cord provided, or with any standard Micro-USB cell phone cord.
