IMPORTANT-- For US and Canada users only: if you already downloaded the Owlet Care app on your Apple device, you are not affected.
With the recent removal of the Owlet Care App in the Apple App Store, it is not recommended to change your App Store region, as your Owlet products are connected to the region it was purchased in. For example, devices purchased in Australia need to use the Care App available in Australia.
If you previously downloaded the Owlet Care App using your Apple ID, it is possible to re-download it. Please follow the steps below to re-download the Care App onto your iOS device.
- Open the App Store app
. - Tap
or your profile picture at the top right, then tap Purchased.
If you use Family Sharing, tap My Purchases. - Tap Not on this iPhone.
- Find the Owlet Care App
, then tap the download button
